IAEA, AEOI chiefs hold meeting in Tehran

TEHRAN, Apr. 17 (MNA) – The talks between Mohammad Eslami, head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) and the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Rafael Grossi have started in Tehran on Thursday.

Accompanied by an IAEA delegation, Rafael Grossi arrived in Tehran for a two-day visit on Wednesday.

The meeting and talks between AEOI head and IAEA chief kicked off at the AEOI compound in Tehran on Thursday morning.

After the meeting between AEOI and IAEA, Eslami and Grossi will take part in a press conference to answer questions from both Iranian and international media outlets.

The UN nuclear watchdog's head visited an exhibition of Iran's nuclear achievements held at the AEOI compound.
