The Saudi Ministry of Defense in a tweet announced the commencement of military exercises between the Royal Saudi Air Force and its American counterpart.
The drill kicked off at the King Faisal Air Base, it added.
The objective of the exercise is to raise the standard of joint action to maintain the security and stability of the region, according to the statement.
