After the Mozambican sources announced the news, the ISIL terrorist group claimed responsibility for killing four Christians in Mozambique, including an Italian nun.
Local sources also reported that the ISIL elements attacked a truck and killed the truck driver and three other passengers.
Several other people were also injured during the attack, the reports added.
