Indian variant of Covid-19 not still detected in Iran

TEHRAN, Apr. 25 (MNA) – Head of Iran's Health Ministry Public Relations Office Kianoush Jahanpour said on Sunday that the Indian variant of the coronavirus has not been detected in Iran although it is likely that will happen in the future.

"This virus has not been seen in Iran yet, but we have to wait for its arrival," the Head of Iran's Health Ministry Public Relations Office Kianoush Jahanpour said on Sunday afternoon.

He explained more that no case has still been detected in the county.
