Magnitude 5.2 quake jolts Iran's Quchan

TEHRAN, Sep. 13 (MNA) – A 5.2 magnitude earthquake struck Quchan County, in Razavi Khorasan Province on Monday morning with no immediate reports of casualties.

According to Iran’s Seismological Center affiliated with the Institute of Geophysics of Tehran University, the earthquake occurred at 8:32 a.m. local time on Monday at a depth of 6 kilometers.

The epicentre of the quake was located at 57.86 degrees longitude and 37.08 degrees latitude.

There were no immediate reports of injuries or severe damage.
