Rouhani to release 1st Citizen’s Rights report on Tuesday

TEHRAN, Dec. 18 (MNA) – Parviz Ismaili, Iran’s Vice-President for Communications and Information Affairs said on Monday that the first report on the ‘Charter on Citizens’ Rights’ will be released in a ceremony attended by President Rouhani on Tuesday.

Ismaili added that at the meeting, after the elected bodies present their reports on their performances in implementation of the Citizens' Rights charter, the President will present his report on progress and barriers in front of realization of the Citizens' Rights Charter to the public.

Following the release of the report in late autumn last year, the president ordered all the bodies of the government to act in accordance with the charter.

All the government bodies were obliged to submit a report on their executive, administrative, and educational measures according to the charter before the end of Iranian year 1395 to the President’s Advisor for Citizen’s Rights.

Further at the ceremony, a series of articles on the ‘Charter of Citizens’ Rights’ will be presented.
