The 2024 Women's Indoor Hockey Asia Cup is currently taking place at the Thailand National Sports University in Chonburi, Thailand from May 13 to 16.
The participating teams have been divided into two pools.
Iran's women's team is in Pool A and will face Kazakhstan, Nepal, Oman, and Malaysia.
On Tuesday, they will play against Vietnam and Malaysia in their second and third matches.
Pool B consists of Thailand, Cambodia, Singapore, Vietnam, and Indonesia.
The winner of the tournament will qualify for the 2025 Women's FIH Indoor Hockey World Cup.
