Iran’s Afshinfar runner-up at Asian Track and Field C’ship

After his Kazakh opponent, Afshinfar gained 6,317 points to rank 2nd and win the silver medal in the men's decathlon event.

Previously, Zahra Memari and Masoumeh Yousefi have won silver and bronze medals in hammer throwing respectively and Arsalan Hamidi received the bronze medal in running 1500 meters.
