Iran’s national team won 30-29 against Bahrain’s team, the championship defender on Friday.
In the next stage, the Iranian team is slated to play against Saudi Arabia in the semifinal.
After winning three games and losing against South Korea, Iran has achieved second place in Group A after playing against South Korea, Bahrain, Uzbekistan, as well as India in the Asian championship.
