Iranian, Turkish FMs hold talks in Istanbul

TEHRAN, Mar. 19 (MNA) – Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and his Turkish counterpart, Mevlut Cavusoglu held talks in Istanbul on Friday morning.

During the meeting, the two diplomats discussed bilateral relations between Turkey and Iran, as well as current regional and international issues.

The Turkish Foreign Ministry had already announced in a statement the formal visit of Zarif to Turkey with the aim of conferring on issues of mutual interest.
