Araghchi underscores Gen. Soleimani's role in saving lives of Europeans, Americans

TEHRAN, Jan. 03 (MNA) – In a tweet on Friday, Iranian deputy FM Abbas Araghchi referred to the role of martyr General Qasem Soleimani in saving lives of Europeans and Americans by defeating ISIS, warning about the disastrous consequences of his assassination.

"American people would one day know how many lives General Soleimani has saved - including Americans and Europeans - by defeating Daesh (ISIS) in the Middle East," he wrote.

"Such re-election (miss)calculations will certainly lead to disaster," he added.

Commander of IRGC Quds Brigade, General Qasem Soleimani was martyred in US airstrike in Baghdad, early Friday.
