In their last encounter at the sportive event, Iranian futsal players pulled out a 4-2 victory over Japanese rivals on Tuesday evening to finish in the third place.
The Persians drew against Kazakhstan, lost to host Thailand and overcame Japan in the course of the event.
Hosted by the capital city of Bangkok, the four-nation tournament lasted for six days from August 18-23.
It served as a warm-up tournament for the 2016 FIFA Futsal World Cup to be held in Colombia between September 10 and October 1.
Iran has been seeded against Azerbaijan, Morocco and Spain in Group F of the upcoming sports event.
