Iran, Spain to boost economic ties

TEHRAN, Aug. 10 (MNA) – An Spanish delegation is to visit Tehran today in a bid to develop economic ties, an official said.

Iran Water and Power Equipment and Service Export Company (SUNIR) Mahmoud Sharif spokesman announced that a group of Spanish economic actors is going to visit Iran to negotiate and increase trade exchanges with Iran on August, 10. 

He underlined that Iran's nuclear deal with 5+1 group of countries has led to participation of various economic groups from all around the world in Iranian industries, and a new round of economic cooperation is to happen.

According to him, a senior official of Armenia electricity ministry is scheduled to visit Iran on August 12 to sign a contract to import Iran's electricity.

The visit by Spanish delegation is also to pave the way for further cooperation of Spanish companies and SUNIR.
