In a post on his X account late on Monday, Pezeshkian referred to the national Greco-Roman wrestling team’s championship, and wrote, “The champions of Iran’s national Greco-Roman wrestling team have once again reached the pinnacle of the world.”
He seized this opportunity to thank Iran’s national Greco-Roman wrestling team who once again raised the glorious name of the Islamic Iran on the international stages.
He reiterated that the Islamic Iran will remain proud and steadfast thanks to its talented youth.
