The director of Lebanese Al-Mayadeen's office in Islamabad wrotein a post on social media on Sunday that, "There are reports of an announcement on Monday by the Pakistani foreign minister and army chief."
He added: "Pakistan may announce the four points on which an agreement has been reached tomorrow."
