Iran condemns attacks on civilian infrastructure

TEHRAN, Mar. 04 (MNA) – Iran’s ambassador and permanent representative to the United Nations Office in Geneva has called for international action to stop attacks on schools, condemning US and Israeli strikes on civilian infrastructure.

In a letter to the UN Special Rapporteur on the right to education, Ali Bahreini condemned the widespread unlawful military attacks by the United States and the Israeli regime targeting civilian infrastructure, including schools.

Bahreini specifically highlighted the strike on an elementary school in Minab, which killed over 160 female students and wounded many others.
