"Met with the IAEA Director General Mr. Rafael Grossi to discuss the alarming situation around the Iranian nuclear dossier," Ulyanov said in a post on his X account.
This meeting takes place at a time when three European powers- the UK, Germany and France have stepped up their efforts to trigger the snapback mechanism against Iran; a move that has been met with serious opposition from Russia and China, and Tehran also considers it illegal.
