TEHRAN, Oct. 14 (MNA) – Iranian weightlifter Elham Hosseini claimed three gold medals in the Women’s 81kg weight class of the 2022 Asian Weightlifting Championships.

Iranian weightlifter Elham Hosseini makes history by becoming the first Iranian female weightlifter to win gold at an international tournament.

Hosseini snatched three gold medals during the 2022 Asian Weightlifting Championships in Manama.

The 2022 Asian Weightlifting Championships are being held in Manama, Bahrain from Oct. 6 to 16.
