The 9th International Turhan Selcuk Cartoon Competition 2019 was held in Milas, Turkey. It was attended by 435 cartoonists from 48 different countries with 1687 cartoons.
The first and second prizes were awarded to two Iranian cartoonists Saman Torabi and Javad Takjoo at this competition.
