Trilateral meeting in Moscow to stop foreign military intervention in Syria

TEHRAN, Apr. 28 (MNA) – Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif told media upon his arrival in Moscow that he is attending the trilateral meeting to contribute to measures against military interventions in Syria.

“The trilateral meeting of foreign ministers of Iran, Russia, and Turkey is being held to oppose with any military measure against Syria’s territorial integrity,” said Mohammad Javad Zarif, the Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

The Iranian diplomatic chief made the remarks upon arrival in Moscow on Saturday noon while talking with reporters at the airport.

The trilateral meeting of foreign ministers of guarantor states of Astana peace process for Syrian crisis will be held with Iranian FM Zarif, Russian FM Lavrov, and Turkish FM Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu in Moscow.

He lashed out at military interventions of foreigners in Syria and reiterated once again for the continuation of political process in resolving the Syrian crisis.
