President Rouhani made the remark in a meeting with the President of Bolivia Evo Morales, on the sidelines of the 72nd Session of the United Nations General Assembly on Monday.
"To develop ties in all fields between Tehran and Sucre there is no limitation and development of these ties is beneficial to both nations," Rouhani added.
Describing Iran-Bolivia ties amicable and developing, he said "major Iranian companies are ready to export technical-engineering services to Bolivia and increase their activities in the country to contribute to the progress of developmental plans in Bolivia."
On the importance of banking relations between the two countries, the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran continued, "we should attempt to develop ties in all fields and banking cooperation is the bedrock."
"As two countries with huge reserves of gas in the Middle East and Latin America, Iran and Bolivia can also promote cooperation in this field," he continued.
Rouhani also said Americans hatch new plots every day against developing countries and they fail every time. In our region, although they wanted to use terrorism as a tool, but the nations of the region, especially Iraq and Syria, are defeating terrorism and the terrorists are nearing their end.
Americans have hatched plots against Iran every day in the past 39 years after the Islamic Revolution, said Rouhani adding, "Iran's main power is its people and when a nation is united and trust their leaders, no power can defeat that country."
He added that the US does not fulfill any of its international obligations, saying, "today, you see that the Americans are violating their agreements with Cuba and other countries one after the other and the world is witnessing what Iran was repeatedly stating that the US is not trustable."
The President of Bolivia described Iran as friend country noting that Bolivia is determined to deepen ties with the Islamic Republic of Iran in all fields of mutual interest.
Renewing his invitation to Rouhani to attend the upcoming summit of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF), Morales said, "your presence in Gas OPEC summit will send the important message that independent friends stand together. It also illustrates close cooperation between Iran and Bolivia."
"We welcome Iranian companies' participation and activities in Bolivia to help us develop petrochemical and downstream industries," Morales added.
