Moghiseh said the event aims to showcase the Oil Industry Guarantee Fund as a major financing mechanism for oil projects. Agreements with banks will also be signed to facilitate capital attraction.
Senior government officials, including the head of the Planning and Budget Organization (PBO), the central bank governor, economic ministers, banking executives, capital market representatives, and private sector investors, are expected to attend.
