Yesterday, an automobile carrying a number of Herat-Khaf railway guards was targeted by a mine explosion in Ghorian city, Herat Governor Sayed Abdul Wahid Qatali said.
Qatali did not provide further details.
So far, no group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
