New Iranian ambassador submits credentials to Hungarian President

TEHRAN, Feb. 07 (MNA) – Iran’s newly-appointed ambassador to Budapest Hamid Reza Nafez Arefi submitted his credentials to Hungarian President János Áder on Friday.

During the meeting, they reviewed a range of cooperation between the two countries in the political, scientific, academic and cultural fields.

Arefi expressed hope that, as an ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran, he could take effective steps in strengthening the relations between the two countries and two nations.

He also noted that the support of the Hungarian government and president would be very effective in accomplishing these steps.
