The Festival is organized by Tehran University of Medical Sciences and the Biotechnology Development Headquarters at the Vice-Presidency of Science and Technology.
Three newly-developed pharmaceuticals are predicted to be unveiled at the festival.
The second International Biopharma Festival, as the country’s largest gathering of pharmacists, aims to introduce the latest research achievements of knowledge-based firms and top proposals of pharmaceutical companies in specialized fields of pharmaceutics, clinical pharmacy, pharmaceutical biotechnology, medical and pharmaceutical nanotechnology, and other related fields.
Given the previous edition’s reception, it is expected that about 3,000 pharmacists will attend this year’s festival and 1,000 eligible proposals will be received.
The event will be accepting submissions by 7 October.
