Oblivion Season takes home top prize at BIFF

BUFFALO, Oct. 20 (MNA) – Closing out a weekend that saw packed houses at Buffalo’s North Park Theater, The Screening Room and Squeaky Wheel, the Buffalo International Film Festival(BIFF) hosted its Award Ceremony on Sunday.

The Best Feature Narrative Award went to Oblivion Season (Iran), which tells the story of an Iranian woman who starts a new life by marrying her loved one. But her new life is overshadowed by his dark past; she faces troubles even though she is supported by her husband.
