Persian-English book “Who Is Peter?” hits bookstores

TEHRAN, Dec. 12 (MNA) –- The English-Persian book “Who Is Peter? He Is a Peach! There Is a Mystery in His Heart!” hit Iranian bookstores; it was announced here Sunday.

The book tells the story of a child “Peter” in Persian with its English version on each opposite page.

Peter’s father is Iranian and his mother is Italian. They live in Italy. The story tries to introduce Iranian art, culture, and traditions to the world.

“Who Is Peter?” is written by Hamid Honarju, translated by Hossein Kaji, and illustrated by Mohammad-Hossein Salavatian.

Published by the Nur al-Saqalein Publications, the 40-page book is now available for those interested in children’s literature.
