Kowsari added that ministers and representatives of the 51 ISESCO member countries would be participating in the meeting to be held on December 27-29 at IRIB Conference Hall.
The project “Education in Families” helps an illiterate person learn within a family setting, without the necessity to go to school, he said, adding that paying due attention to educating the elderly, and fulfilling international commitments are among the programs of the organization.
Four projects by the organization have so far grabbed honorary plaques from UNESCO including the projects of “Teaching the Uneducated Working Rural Girls,” as well as “People and Government‘s Attempts in Removing Illiteracy.”
