In a message on Tuesday, the Iraqi president offered sincere congratulations to the Leader of Islamic Revolution as well as the people and
government of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
In his message, Rashid also offered condolences on the martyrdom of foremer Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei and other losses of lives in Iran.
He expressed sympathy with Iranian nation, voicing hope for ceasing the war and start of dialogue and wisdom.
