Industrial Products Share Most in Iran’s Non-Oil Exports

TEHRAN Oct. 21 (Mehr News Agency) – Industrial products will rise to 68% of Iran’s total non-oil exports, Es’haq Jahangiri the Iranian Minister of Industry and Mines said here Tuesday.

Pointing to the prevailing obstacles in the way of exporting non-oil commodities, he stressed that Iran would be capable of taking control of the regional market only if domestic manufacturers consider the basic quality standards.

“We should plan to develop fields of export, especially in the sectors of mines and industry,” he added.
