Iran qualifies for world beach handball meet

TEHRAN, June 29 (MNA) – Iran booked a berth in the world beach handball tournament in Spain Thursday.

The Iranian side celebrated the spot by a 2-0 victory over Japan in Bandar Abbas, the capital of southern Iranian province of Hormuzgan.

Pakistan had already qualified for the world meet.
