In a meeting with heads of some countries in Egypt’s Sharm el-Sheikh, Iraqi prime minister emphasized the need for reducing tension in the region and settling the difference between Iran and the West over its nuclear case through dialogue.
Al-Sudani met with the kings of Jordan and Bahrain, the head of the Palestinian Authority, the presidents of Azerbaijan and Cyprus, the Chancellor of Germany, and the prime ministers of England, Spain, Italy, Greece, and Armenia.
The Iraqi premier stressed the need to reduce tensions in the region and other parts of the world, calling for strengthening dialogue and creating solutions based on international law to resolve everyone's concerns, including the differences between Iran and Western countries over the Iranian nuclear issue and other issues.
Al-Sudani and heads of state stressed the need for major countries, Arab and international organizations and institutions to take action to rebuild Gaza and provide basic requirements for Palestinian civilians.
