Yemen's resistance movement Ansarullah Leader Abdul-Malik al-Houthi delivered a speech on one-year anniversary of Hezbollah's former Secretary General Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah's martyrdom.
Al-Houthi said that "Nasrallah protected the whole region through confronting the Israeli regime."
"Nasrallah's famous words describing Israel as weaker than spider's web stuck to Zionist memory," the Yemeni leader said.
He continued to say that "the liberation of South Lebanon in 2000 was a great historic victory, unlike any other for Arabs."
The US has been pushing for New Middle East project since the early 2000s to allow Israeli domination, Al-Houthi noted, adding that "Its now clear that Israeli aggression targets the entire Muslim Ummah without exception."
"The recent developments prove resistance was the right choice, as the only alternative the enemies put forward has been surrender," the Yemeni leader said elsewhere.
"Resistance weapons are a problem for Israel, not Arab regimes who follow US-Israeli dictates," he continued in an apparent reference to attempts to disarm Hezbollah in Lebanon by the US and the Israeli regime.
"Most countries increase military spending but Muslim countries are asked to disarm," he highlighted.
The Yemeni Leader went on to urge the world to at least impose economic, diplomatic, political bans on Israel.
