Reverend Canon John L. Peterson, the director of the Center for Global Justice and Reconciliation at the cathedral, said that he was amazed by the Iranian film.
He thanked Bahrani for making such a movie and expressed hope that it would help promote world peace and dialogue among nations.
He also expressed his thanks to the Interests Section of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Islamic Education Center (IEC) in
IEC director Ahmad Bahraini, who also attended the screening, said that the great achievement of such events is the development of understanding and friendship between the followers of all religions.
Professor Mahmud Ayyub, who teaches Islam and religious pluralism at
“Saint Mary” was produced by Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting, and Jafar Dehqan, Shabnam Qolikhani, and Mohammad Kasebi are some of the main stars.
