Hezbollah fires over 100 rockets on Haifa: Israeli media

TEHRAN, Oct. 08 (MNA) – The local media in the occupied lands say that the Hezbollah movement conducted the largest missile launch on Haifa so far on Tuesday, with reports suggesting that over 100 rockets were fired at the strategic port city.

The Israeli military said that another 20 rockets were fired from Lebanon at the Haifa area, bringing the total number of projectiles launched by Hezbollah at the city within half an hour to over 100, the Times of Israel reported.

According to the Israeli military, some of the rockets were intercepted by air defenses, and some impacts were identified, the Times added

Damage was caused to several homes, the report added.
