Iran's Red Crescent head goes to Syria along with FM

TEHRAN, Oct. 04 (MNA) – Pir Hossein Kolivand, the head of the Red Crescent Society of the Islamic Republic of Iran went to Syria Friday along with the Iranian foreign minister to explore ways increase care and humanitarian assistance to Lebanese.

Kolivand, accompanied Abbas Araghchi, and after traveling to Lebanon and meeting with the authorities of that country to explore the ways to increase care and humanitarian aid to the Lebanese war victims, they went to Syria to meet and consult with the healthcare authorities and the Syrian Red Crescent.

Iran's Red Crescent Society sent a humanitarian and healthcare shipment to Lebanon this morning during Araghchi's trip.
