Israeli regime launched the war on Gaza on October 7 after Palestinian resistance movement Hamas launched a surprise attack, dubbed Operation Al-Aqsa Storm, into the occupied territories in response to the Israeli regime’s intensified crimes against the Palestinian people.
Zionist regime has already ordered some 1.1 million living in northern Gaza to evacuate to southern regions as the regime prepares a full-scale ground invasion into the small blockaded territory.
Tel Aviv has also blocked water, food, and electricity to Gaza, plunging the coastal strip into a humanitarian crisis.
According to the Gaza-based health ministry, at least 10,328 Palestinians have been killed in the strikes, most of them women and children, while nearly 26,000 others have been injured.
Yemeni army shoots down American MQ-9 drone
The Yemeni army shot down an American MQ 9 drone, according to Brigadier Yahya Saree, spokesman of the Yemeni Armed Forces said in a statement on Wednesday.
Hezbollah attacks inflict casualties on Israeli troops
In two successive statements, Hezbollah military media announced the Resistance fighters targeted with appropriate weapons an Israeli infantry force in the vicinity of the Shomera Base, causing confirmed injuries.
"In the afternoon of Wednesday, 8th November 2023, at approximately 11:15 AM, the fighters of the Islamic Resistance targeted with appropriate weapons an Israeli infantry force in the vicinity of the Shomera Base, causing confirmed injuries," the Hezbollah statement said.
The second statement indicated that, in response to the sinful Zionist aggression that targeted an ambulance for Al-Risala Islamic Scouts, the fighters of the Islamic Resistance, at 02:00 in the afternoon of Wednesday 11/08/2023, attacked with direct weapons an Israeli infantry force near the Doviv Barracks, inflicting confirmed casualties.
The Zionist Israeli regime confirmed the attacks, saying that two soldiers were wounded by an anti-tank missile fired from Lebanon at troops in the area of the northern community of Dovev.
Gaza death toll rises to 10,569
The Gaza health ministry said the death toll from the war there reached 10,569 on Wednesday, as fighting in the Palestinian territory enters its second month.
The ministry said there were 4,324 children among the dead and 2,823 women, with more than 26,000 more wounded since war Zionist regime began its aggression on October 7.
Blinken says Gaza should not be reoccupied and must be run by Palestinians:
In a press conference following the meeting of the G7 in Tokyo, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken lays out what the US envisions for a post-war future in Gaza, urging the Israeli regime not to reoccupy Gaza but admitting there may be a “transition period.”
“The only way to ensure this never happens again is to set the conditions for durable peace and security,” he says.
Israeli regime soldier killed, three others wounded
Sgt. First Class Jonathan Chazor, a soldier in the Air Force’s elite Shaldag unit, was killed fighting against Hamas fighters in the northern Gaza Strip yesterday, the Zionist regime military said in a statement on Wednesday.
His death brings the toll of slain soldiers in Israel’s ground offensive in Gaza to 32, and 350 since October 7, Times of Israel reported.
Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation army revealed yesterday that one of their soldiers had been killed and three others were left seriously injured during intense battles with Palestinian factions in the northern Gaza Strip. The soldier, Reserve Sergeant Yaakov Ozri, fell during the fierce clashes, while a soldier from the Golani Brigade and two from the Paratroopers Brigade sustained severe injuries.
ICRC ‘shocked’ by attack on convoy:
Regarding Tuesday’s attack on its convoy, the International Committee of the Red Cross has told Al Jazeera it is “shocked to see this happening”.
“We strongly stress that humanitarian convoys, medical convoys, facilities and personnel enjoy special protection under international humanitarian law,” ICRC spokesperson Alyona Synenko said.
“International humanitarian law says that civilian facilities, essential infrastructure, civilians must be distinguished from military objects, military personnel. We’ve been talking to the parties and we’ve been calling publicly on the respect of international humanitarian law, because the humanitarian toll of this conflict that we are seeing today on the ground is just staggering.”
Two trucks were damaged and a driver lightly wounded as the ICRC convoy carrying “lifesaving medical supplies to health facilities” was hit by fire, the medical NGO said.

Palestinians remain in northern Gaza despite intensified war:
The New York Times reported on Wednesday that the Palestinians who are still in the region say the trip to the south is too dangerous.
The report came a day after the Zionist forces announced that it had given a four-hour window for civilians inside Gaza City to evacuate the area and move to the south earlier in the day. This is while Zionists have continued to rain down bombs on the south.
