According to the Geneva Conventions approved in 1949 and their additional protocols approved in 1977, civilians and all those who do not participate in war should not be attacked under any circumstances and should be supported by governments and international organizations, including the United Nations Security Council.
In fact, according to international standards, the issue of war by bombing people and attacking defenseless cities is not the same; The conflict in the field and the front is called "war", but the attack on innocent people is considered "crime". The United Nations Security Council and international organizations are obliged to distinguish between war and crime and to prevent violations of international regulations by condemning the Israel Regime.

All the evidence shows that in the recent war between the Palestinian people and the occupying regime of Al-Quds, the principle of not attacking defenseless people and residential areas was violated and civilians, including the Palestinian residential tower, were attacked and violated by the Zionist army. At the same time, based on all recognized international standards and fundamental principles of international law, the defense of the Palestinian people from their occupied land is a natural and legitimate right.
The discourse of "separating war from crime" has rational and humane foundations and is in accordance with international standards and regulations, and today international institutions such as the United Nations, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, the Non-Aligned Movement, etc., must condemn the crimes committed by the Zionist regime in the attack to the civilian areas and the defenseless people in Palestine, to demand the cessation of such crimes.
In this regard, the responsible institutions in the Islamic Republic of Iran, including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Human Rights Headquarters of the Judiciary, should be pioneers and the countries of the world, especially the members of the axis of resistance make it active and prevent the continuation of the crime of the Zionist regime with the necessary measures.
