During an open session, the bill to legalize the treaty of exchanging prisoners between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Kingdom of Belgium was passed with 195 ayes.
The treaty has previously been ratified in the Belgian Parliament.
Based on the treaty paves the way for the exchange of citizens convicted and imprisoned in the two states.
