The US president intends to put a majority of members of Russian State Duma on the list of unilateral sanctions under the pretext of Moscow's attack on Ukraine.
The Wall Street Journal reported in a report released Wednesday morning, citing unnamed officials, that new sanctions could be announced by Thursday.
