Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif held a phone talk with his Azeri and Armenian counterparts on Tuesday following recent clashes between the two countries.
He advised both sides to exercise restraint and initiate talks for the peaceful settlement of disputes. He also voiced Iran’s readiness to help ease the tensions.
