Iran’s top railways official due in Azerbaijan for bilateral talks

TEHRAN, Dec. 05 (MNA) – Iran's Deputy Minister of Road and Urban Development and the Managing Director of the Islamic Republic of Iran Railways (RAI) will arrive in Baku later today to meet with Azerbaijan’s senior railway officials.

Heading a six-member delegation, Saeed Rasouli is scheduled to hold comprehensive talks with Azerbaijani officials engaged in transport, particularly the railway sector, Iranian Embassy in Baku told Trend.

According to the embassy, during the two-day visit, joint railway and transport projects between Azerbaijan and Iran will be discussed.
