Iran’s IAEA envoy says report re-approves Iran’s abidance

TEHRAN, Nov. 13 (MNA) – Iran's Ambassador to the IAEA Reza Najafi said that the newly released 9th report of IAEA Chief Amano re-states Iran’s full abidance by the nuclear agreement known as the JCPOA.

“The new report of the agency whicxh is the ninth since the day of implementing the JCPOA and the 8th seasonal verification report lodged to the board of governors, contrary to US claims, approves for another time that all nuclear activities and moves are fully in adherence with the JCPOA,” reads the announcement of Reza Najafi.

Iran’s Permanent Representative to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Reza Najafi made the remarks in an announcement following the release of the UN’s nuclear watchdog ninth report on Iran’s adherence to the letter of the nuclear agreement of July 14, 2015.

During his late October visit to Tehran, Yukiya Amano said, “The IAEA can state that the nuclear-related commitments made by Iran under the JCPOA are being implemented."
