Terrorists show off rapprochement with Zionism

TEHRAN, Jun. 24 (MNA) – Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Bahram Ghasemi condemned the terrorist blasts in Quetta and Parachinar of Pakistan.

Expressing sympathies with the victim's bereaved families and the Pakistani government and people, Ghasemi said, "on the day when the Muslims of the world shouted unanimously in their rallies on Friday to defend the ideals of Palestine and oppose the Zionist regime, the terrorists slaughtered Pakistan's fasting people in a bid to secure the interests of the Zionist regime and displayed the combination of terrorism and Zionism.

In multiple attacks in Pakistan’s three major cities on Friday, the last of the Holy month of Ramadan, at least 62 people were killed and 100 others injured. In the first attack, a suicide bomber blew up his explosives-laden car in Quetta, the capital of Balochistan province. Hours after the attack, twin explosions went off in Pakistan’s northwestern town of Parachinar bordering Afghanistan, the first in Parachinar headquarters of Kurram Agency, and the second took place as rescuers and bystanders rushed to aid those who had been hurt in the first explosion. The blast were claimed by both the local affiliate of the ISIL terrorist group and a splinter group of the Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan, the Jamaat-ul-Ahrar (JuA).
