Iran, Armenia ink art MoU

TEHRAN, Mar. 12 (MNA) – Tehran Museum of Contemporary Art and the National Museum of Armenia signed a Memorandum of Understanding on art cooperation.

Director of Tehran Museum of Contemporary Art Majid Mollanoroozi and the Head of National Museum of Armenia Arman Zadourian inked an agreement focusing on cooperation in the field of art and holding different art exhibitions.

The agreement was signed on the sidelines of Iranian Painting Exhibition in the National Gallery of Armenia, kicked off on March 11.

Arman Zadorian and Majid Mollanorouzi, as well as Iranian Cultural Attaché to Armenia Majid Meshki attended a press conference during which they emphasized the role of art in cultural exchanges between Iran and Armenia.

Underlining the impact of cultural activities in establishing peace and stability in the today world, the two sides emphasized the development of cultural and art interactions.
