‘Impermanent’ wins Jury Special Prize in Italian festival

TEHRAN, Nov. 16 (MNA) – ‘Impermanent,’ directed by Amir Azizi has won the Jury Special Prize in 21st edition of Medfilm Festival 2015, held in Rome, Italian capital.

This is the film’s second major international presence; “Jury Special Prize to ‘Impermanent,’ directed by Amir Azizi (Iran) for its ability to reveal the powerful and not the public side of the Iranian special nature – pure matriarchy. It’s all in the dynamic between mother and daughters. And all, then, entrusted to the tripping of a bullet. Absent as well as the male characters. Among the notable cast are Pegah Ahangarani, Nazanin Farahani, Negar Javaherian, Babak Karimi, Tahereh Zandian, Sanaz Azizi, Sahi Banou Zolqadr, Vahid Qazi Zahedi, and many others.
