Based on its new policies, the institute has begun producing several educational documentaries on social issues and “Plectrum” is the first.
“Plectrum” documents the lives of people who are struggling with the trouble, tension, worries, and dangers of addiction.
The documentary, which is available on home video, follows the lives of a group of addicts and a group of former addicts. The home video recorded on VCD is being offered at an affordable price at stores selling cultural and home video products.
