“Reward of Silence” gets 13 nods from Iranian cineastes

TEHRAN, Sept. 5 (MNA) -- “Reward of Silence”, directed by Maziar Miri has been nominated for the Iran Cinema Celebration awards in 13 categories.

A jury comprising over 100 Iranian cineastes has now completed its selection of nominations for the event.

Starring Parviz Parastuii and Jafar Vali, “Reward of Silence” tells the story of a war veteran named Akbar, who is still suffering from mental injuries resulting from the 1980-1988 Iran-Iraq war.
