Baghaei expressed sympathy with the surviovers of the quakes and offered cndolences to them over the losses of lives in the quakes.
He expressed Iran's readiness to offer rescue and humanitarian aid to the Latin country.
The spokesman also said that the foreign ministry was in contact with the Iranian embassy in Caracas since the early hours after the quakes.
