Speaking in a session of the council on Wednesday, Ayatollah Ahmad Jannati pointed to the recent remarks of Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei in his meeting with the sports champions and winners of world scientific Olympiads, emphasizing that sublime guidelines of the Leader is a strategy for the nations’ triumph against the Global Arrogance.
The Leader’s remarks are reliable prescription for the success in confronting the enemies’ plots, he underlined.
Elsewhere in his remarks, Ayatollah Jannati pointed to the historical experience of various nations against colonialism, stating that study of history shows that the only way to succeed against the excessive demands of the oppressive powers is to become strong and stand firm.
Those nations that have resisted the excessive demands of the Global Arrogance have always been victorious, the secretary of the council stressed.
Arrogant powers may change their rhetoric at different times, but their oppressive nature remains untouched, he said, adding that misconduct of the American leaders and other hegemonic powers in recent days is the most obvious evidence of this arrogant spirit.
